Back in time
on Main Street Grandview

In 1915, Canada's Prime Minister Sir Robert Borden, was a welcome
visitor to Grandview as he traveled by CNR passenger train through the
province. The train remained as the main means of transportation for
various for many years.
The community of Grandview joined the rest of the country in
celebrating Canada's Centennial in 1967. Main Street was the hub of
activity as local businesses decorated their establishments in the spirit
of the festivities
